Ekbatan renovation and development company was established as a private joint stock company in 1994, and as one of the subsidiary companies of “Ijad mohit company” affiliated to the “Housing foundation of Islamic revolution”; and in continuation of the activities of “Tehran renovation and development company” which has been founded in 1975 with the purpose of mass housing production; and construction of a unique project of 15,500 units located in Ekbatan urban development in west of Tehran. In 2005, the company was registered as a public joint stock.
