“Ekbatan renovation and development company” was established as a private joint stock company in 1994, and as one of the subsidiary companies of  “Ijad mohit company” affiliated to the “Housing foundation of Islamic revolution”; and in continuation of the activities of  “Tehran renovation and development company” which has been founded in 1975 with the purpose of mass housing production; and construction of  a unique project of 15,500 units located in Ekbatan urban development  in west of Tehran.

Ekbatan Renovation and Development company enjoys a long exprience in the area of building and benefiting from related systems and technologies and it has been showing an active and effective presence in many civil and construction projects in direct investment or other forms such as participation and constructual plans which will be explained at the next pages.
