The objectives of the company, according to its approved articles of association,  could be outlined as follows:

• To carry out management, research, consulting and survey, studies, design, planning and execution of residential buildings and urban development.
• To execute and manufacture different types of pre-fabricated concrete and constructional segments as well as to supply and produce construction and installation materials and equipment.
• To supply and provide necessary tools, equipment and machinery from local sources and foreign suppliers, directly or through partnership with individuals or legal entities.
• To carry out all types of business and trading affairs, authorized transactions, to export and import permissible goods and services.
• To export techincal and engineering services, to execute contracts in different sections including building erection, road construction, urban installations, heavy steel and concrets structures, dams, jigs and ports, tunnels, power plants facilities and installations, high voltage substations and any other mechanical erections and installations, heavy or light piping  and pipe laying.
• To make direct investment and participation in absorbing capitals; to sell, purchase and circulate security bonds for participation in the construction, housing and urban development section, to receive financial and credit facilities from banks and related  institutes to realize the objectives and goals of the company.
• To supply land, to purchase and sell properties and real estates, to execute  advance sales and time-share ownership programs, to transfer residential units via cash, instalments, lease on ownership conditions and other legal agreements.
• To establish independent or joint companies, to participate in other companies via establishing or subscribing the shares of new companies, to grant or receive representations inside and outside the country.
